A Spiritual Director is someone who who walks alongside and supports your spiritual journey, who compliments your own exploration with observations and compassionate enquiry. I hope to provide safe and confidential space to help individuals and groups discover where they are at on their spiritual journey, re-connect with their soul, and live in a way that brings authentic and creative spiritual expression to their life.

Spiritual direction is about learning how to care for your soul! The soul requires care, not cure. Cure implies the end of trouble. But care has a sense of ongoing attention, that is much more necessary in the real world. I help people develop ways of thinking and practices that will help them care for their soul and connect authentically to God.
